Based in Central and Southern Alberta, RadonCare specializes in residential and commercial radon testing and mitigation. We’re proud partners of Evict Radon and active members of C-NRPP, the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, and the Alberta Construction Safety Association. As a COR-certified company, we bring safety and expertise to every project.

Andrew Arshinoff
Our lead mitigator, Andrew is a wealth of knowledge on anything and everything concerning radon mitigation. His extensive HVAC experience, knowledge of building practices and codes is indispensable in creating mitigation systems which are perfected to each individual building and their unique radon problem. Andrew serves on the CARST Board of Directors and is additionally a proud member of the C-NRPP Policy Advisory Board, contributing to new developments, best practices and regulations in the Canadian radon industry. When he’s not protecting people from radon, Andrew loves to play recreational hockey.
Emily Roney
RadonCare is pleased to welcome Emily to our team! As a specialist in soil gas vapour migration her knowledge is especially suited to residential radon gas entry. Emily brings a wealth of environmental regulation, contamination and remediation knowledge and expertise. In her free time, Emily enjoys the environment she so dutifully protects professionally, with her horse, Sophie.
Mark McCarthy
Mark is a skilled radon mitigation technician based in Canoe, BC, with a strong background in residential and commercial projects. As a licensed electrician with 17 years of experience, Mark brings a high level of expertise and dedication to every project. He is committed to improving air quality for families across the BC area, ensuring safe and healthy living environments.
Mark is also a proud new dad, living with his wife and baby daughter in the close-knit community of Canoe. When he’s not at work, you might find him on the ice as a passionate hockey player or fostering animals for the Shuswap Paws Rescue Society, reflecting his commitment to both his family and community.
Nicolae Dogot
Nicolae grew up within 500 km from the Chernobyl disaster in Moldova and is passionate about radiation safety. Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian, Nicolae offers multilingual support for those interested in radon testing and mitigation services. Nicolae enjoys playing and watching soccer.
Diem Salami
As our dedicated Director of Operations, Diem brings 16 years of experience in fostering positive client relationships. Diem excels at forging connections with clients and taking the time to understand radon health concerns. His strength in communication ensures each of our customers receive the knowledge, expertise and compassion RadonCare has become known for. When he’s not connecting with clients, Diem enjoys building miniatures, airbrush painting, photography, practicing Japanese and flying his drone.
Kristin Arshinoff
Responsible for the behind the scenes administration, Kristin manages our radon measurement testing projects, directs and organizes technicians while providing design and customer support. Kristin appreciates folk music and spending time outdoors.
